Here I go

Hi all...

I am pretty excited about this challenge, the blog, and getting back on track. Tonight I am going to just say hello to myself and anyone else reading this blog!~ Moefocused is in da house!

  2. Moe, you mentioned probiotics last night. I just started taking some via supplement pill form. Most of the research that I did that caused me to decide to include in my diet noted there isn't a need to take them every day as long as your healthy. Most all of the supplements I researched though, suggested once to multiple doses per day.

    Here's my thought, take one a day for a couple of weeks to promote a adequate 'seeding' of good bacteria in my gut, then back off to once a week or so for maintenance and only increase that if I'm stress or sick. Am I on the right track? Not looking for expert advice or anything, just if you have an experience or thoughts you could share. Thanks.
